Ticket Changes
All changes are subject to a change fee in additional to changes to ticket price. Any additional fees will be collected at time of check-in.

Cancel Your Reservations
Tickets are non-refundable but may be cancelled an used at a late date. For reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure:
- Tickets are valid for one (1) year from the purchase date
- A re-booking fee may apply
For reservations not cancelled in advance:
- Re-booking is not permitted for that fliight segment and the segment will have no value
Eligible For Name Change
The name on your ticket should match your government issued ID. If a mistake was made on your reservation or you've changed your name, please send us an email.
- Misspelling
- Legal Name Change: for example, in the case of marriage. You may be asked to present supporting documents.
- Other: Name changes such as transferring a ticket to another person, is not permitted.
